"Need to send back an item because it's just too...large"
I need to send back an item since it's way too large. There are pretty much no guidelines on how to do this. How do I actually go about returning it? Am I gonna have to cover the cost, and if so, who do I pay or how does that work? How will I get my money back for the return? Is there anyone in the warehouse or office who can answer questions? I've shot off an email with these details and talked to someone who either couldn't or wouldn't help. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

"Extremely let down"
I’m really bummed out - I paid for express shipping thinking I’d get the item in time for a weekend trip, but it showed up 5 days after I ordered it. I’m not even gonna bother opening it since I had to buy from another place.
